点评:Our pasta-making class with Grazia was a pure joy! From her instructions on getting to her location, to her hospitality, and delicious food! She welcomed us with an Espresso! My husband and I had the best time with Grazia! She makes you feel like family! She invites you into her home and treats you with absolute kindness, respect, knowledge, history of pasta, etc. Her dog, Cheri, greeted us and gave us kisses. He's a charmer! Grazia had the room already prepared and ingredients were measured. Her expertise of pasta-making is phenomenal. We first made Tagliatelle Pasta, followed by Tortellini Pasta. Grazia already had the Bolognase cooking on her stovetop. She shared with us the ingredients for a perfect Bolognase! We stood in her kitchen and talked like we were visiting a relative. She's joyful, always smiling, bubbly and enthusiastic! Grazia has a tremendous passion for Italian cooking and it shines through in her personality! We rolled out our 1st doughs & set them on a drying rack while we went about preparing our second pasta. We then cooked our 1st pasta(Tagliatelle) and Grazia brought out the Lambrusco! My husband and I ate in her prep/living area while Grazia cleaned up. After we finished the Tagliatelle, Grazia already had our tortellini cooking in the boiling water. She made a SPECTACULAR sauce with Radicchio for our Tortellini pasta. Grazia surprised us even more by bringing out a homemade marscapone dessert. To die for! We left Grazia's house with a deep understanding and love for pasta. Pasta making with Grazia was the highlight of our trip! I wouldn't trade it for anything! My husband and I cannot rave enough about Grazia and our experience! We parted ways with a new friend! I cannot wait to return to Italy to see her(and Cheri) again! Simply THE BEST!!
