Ferryhopper is dishonest, stay away!

点评：Ferryhopper Tickets: Sorrento to Positano Ferry
We booked tickets through Ferryhopper from Sorrento to Positano (Alilauro) for Sun, 14, May. We arrived at the port and were told by the Alilauro ticket office that the ferry was cancelled due to bad weather (it was raining and the water was rough) and we had to contact Ferryhopper directly for a refund. There were many others turned away as well. We were shuttled to the bus station which was jam packed. We ended up taking a share cab to Positano at a much higher price. We contacted Ferryhopper and were told they'd get back to us. Days later Ferryhopper responded and stated the ferries operated as scheduled and there would not be a refund.
There response was a direct lie. I contacted Alilauro Customer Service by email and was told to get my refund directly from Ferryhopper. I have their email and have disputed the credit charge with Visa. Ferryhopper is a dishonest, money grabbing company, stay away.
