点评：Sign up for a wine experience with Nicolas at the Paris Wine Co and when you get there you will be warmly welcomed into the world of vin francais.
Nicolas is a convivial host, you will feel at ease. The surroundings are comfortable and well suited to your experience.
Do not think that you need to be some sort of wine expert or snob to get some useful knowledge and fun from this wine adventure. Nicolas is adept at tailoring his information and hands on introduction to the wines (and excellent cheeses) on offer to his audience. He will be able to work out where you are at with wine while allowing you to feel at home.
Importantly there is no forced or set menu here. You are given some chance to decide what you may like to try from the many great wines that are part of the experience.
These are wines and cheeses worth exploring. You will not be disappointed or feel that you may have spent your time better doing something else while in Paris.
If you have the time, and the interest, jump in, have some fun and get to see, smell, swirl, sip and surround yourself with good French wine.
You can even do it in the middle of the day and your in France so it’s ok to have a few (generous) wines for lunch.
