点评：Arranged pickup from airport to Paris hotel. Same info as similar pickup 2 weeks earlier in Athens. This time driver refused to take small carryon and backpack claiming no room in his car and he would be fined by police. There was plenty of room but he refused the ride. Spoke to his supervisor who said they would take cases if we paid an extra €44 in addition to the €65 we had already paid. We refused and had to arrange our own taxi. This cost € 56 so the claim by the company their charge is the same as taxis is nonsense.
On complaining on-line ( you can’t speak to real person ) a robot called speak Ring responds with some pathetic excuse of thanking for reaching out but tough luck you ain’t getting any refund. And in the unlikely event you would get one they would keep20%.
Be very careful dealing with this mob if something goes wrong.
