点评：We recently dined at Hello Oriential on the 15th Feb 25, and I must say, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was nothing short of amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor.
However, there was a significant downside to our visit. We paid a table booking fee, which should be refunded if you show up for the booking. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Despite turning up as planned, the fee was not refunded, and we were left to chase this up with the restaurant almost a month later! as we still do not have this.
This is very disappointing as we were considering booking again but decided against it due to this issue.
It seems the restaurant keeps the booking fee as a no-show fee, even for customers who do show up. This policy makes me question how many other customers might be facing the same issue and not getting the booking fees back!
While the food and service were excellent, the hassle of dealing with the booking fee refund has left a sour taste in our mouths. We hope the restaurant addresses this policy to ensure a better experience.
