点评：This is relating to a visit to Stockbridge and Quarter Mile locations.
I used to think of this cafe as one the best in Edinburgh for both coffee and snacks. How time seems to have changed. In Stockbridge, I bought a pastrami, gruyere cheese and gherkin sandwich. The problem was, the cheese wasn't gruyere instead it tasted like a cheap and tasteless cheddar or something similar. There was also just one measly slice of gherkin. Not acceptable for the price.
Then on visiting Quarter Mile, I purchased an old favourite of mine (vanilla custard and blueberry bun) This was almost entirely lacking in the vanilla and blueberry filling, which it once had at a generous level. It is a fairly pricey cafe but until now I had been prepared to accept this - but given the poor quality lately I might not be prepared to give them another chance.
It would be nice if someone from the business could reply to this message.
