Tiger Hill Beach Cafe的点评
点评：Very disappointed with the treatment my 12-year-old daughter and her friend received at this restaurant on 17.08. They went in excited for a nice meal but were treated with zero respect from the moment they arrived.
Their orders were wrong, as my daughter never ordered a Strawberry Milkshake ( she doesn't like Strawberry at all), she ordered chocolate with whipped cream, her food was cold. To make things worse, they had ordered a cake, which was then given to an adult customer who arrived after them. No apology, no explanation—just complete disregard because they were kids.
It was clear the staff didn’t take them seriously due to their age, which is completely unacceptable. Young customers deserve the same courtesy and professionalism as anyone else. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it's also bad business.
We will not be returning, and I hope management seriously considers how they treat all their guests, regardless of age.
