Bell Tower Tea Rooms的点评
点评：We love the setting of the Bell Tower Tea Rooms,however,whenever we go, which is fairly often,there always seems to be a problem.
We were there a couple of weeks ago only to find that they had shut up shop and according to customers sat outside,the staff had disappeared in the direction of the cathedral,no information about when or if they would return, just locked up and went!
A week ago or so ago the receipt machine had decided it needed a new paper roll,the young man dealing with it failing to notice that the roll he was trying to fit was too big so he disappeared out back and we stood twiddling our thumbs for 10 minutes whilst he sorted the problem.
Last Saturday, 3rd June, arrived at 1105,outside chairs still padlocked to tables, my wife returned from attempting to order coffee and cakes and states that the coffee machine has broken!
The irritating problems that this lovely Tea Rooms seems to suffer from points to sloppy management,such a shame,the place deserves better!
