点评：Came in for some lunch and drinks. There was a hand written sign saying £2.99 sausage bap so I ordered two, I checked my reciept and I was charged £5.49 for each. When I questioned it the staff member simply went "no that's wrong can you hand me it it needs wiping off" I said I didn't want them if they were full price and then the staff member was just rude. I was always under the impression you have to sell food at the advertised price (I didn't say this she just said I either have them at full price or have a refund). She couldn't do the refund so had to get another staff member too but she was quite frankly rude to her own colleague (who was a total joy in comparrison). I was then asked if I had told the kitchen if I had cancelled the order? Unless they were expecting me to pop back myself, no.
The coffee I ordered tasted like dirty tap water.
2 stars for the hot chocolate being lovely and the soft play being good for the kids.
Also the prices in the menu do not correspond with the drinks.
Won't be hurrying back as the whole thing put me in a fowl mood.
