点评:I am currently at your soft play and i am shocked by the staff’s attitude towards the customers. Myself included.
It’s full, customers are queuing up and not being advised that it’s “one in “one out.
No welcome just stares or eye rolling.
When queuing for food, customer service is non existent. Asked for a menu, eye rolls, asked how long food will take, eye rolls and the kitchen is closed.
I asked why the service is so appalling and all I got was “we didn’t expect it to be so busy”.
Now, I do understand that if a venue is “short staffed” it can have an impact but the lack of any communication from the three staff that are working with paying customers is atrocious.
We ordered two coffees and were told they’d be brought to the table, but 15 minutes later find they have been left on the side, no communication from a staff member- so cold coffees.
Nearly 2 hours for my friend to get served a bowl of cheesy chips. (She ordered prior to me being told the kitchen is closed).
I hope you can share these points with your staff and they can learn from how not to do customer service.
