点评：We have used this store a few times and the furniture (lounge suites and double bed) were difficult to put together but they’ve been great for quality.
However if you’re visiting the store to return an item it takes ages, over 30 minutes we waited. They have an express system which is a farce as everyone is in it and it’s slow. I was emailed a bar code that’s meant to make it quicker, it didn’t. It puts me off buying stuff there especially as Amazon and other companies and local shops are so much easier for returns.
The cafe works better when it’s earlier and quieter, we gave up on the queue at lunchtime and just bought a hot dog and chips from the take away downstairs. The quality and price of food and drinks is very good, especially if you register for an ikea card. However as it’s so cheap it can be very busy, very slow and a generally joyless experience. There were a lot of glum faces on a weekday lunchtime. 🙁
