点评：We've dined at Keeper's in Oxford and enjoyed our meals. So with that in mind and the setting within the Mercure, Grand Hotel we decided to give it a try. There were a few tables available and we chose a booth. We were shown to the booth and shortly afterwards a male server came to our table. My initial thought was he didn't look like someone that would do that job. More like someone in a managerial position. We ordered our meals, Beefburger and chips and a Ham & Cheese Toastie with chips. He returned with the meals after a 10 to 15 minute wait and my wife immediately realised that her meal was a chicken burger. He asked her if she didn't mind chicken but that wasn't what she wanted.He presented me with my meal and said it was a Club Sandwich. It wasn't. I took a bite of my Ham & Cheese toastie and it was lukewarm. When he returned I told him and he agreed. We eventually received our chosen hot meals. When we settled up he waived the charge of the burger which was a nice gesture.
If we return to Bristol it wouldn't put us off trying this restaurant again. It was just one of those things that happen when you dine out. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the menu was quite varied.
