点评：My husband and I wanted to go out for a finer dining experience to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary but we also wanted to support local and preferably not a chain restaurant. We chose Gust in Alliston as their online reviews were all glowing and their menu intrigued us. I can't even tell you how thrilled we were with our choice to come here. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, everyone and everything was amazing! The atmosphere is everything you would want in a dining experience, the staff so welcoming and personable, and the food was absolutely exquisite and so elegantly presented!! I've posted some photos so you can see what I mean. Our server (Liz) was wonderfully attentive - but not intrudingly so - and the owner/chef (Kyle) went above and beyond making our anniversary feel so special. Considering the high end menu selections and fine dining experience, the cost is very reasonable and there is zero feeling of "airs" about them. We saw people dining in more casual attire as well as fancier celebration garb...all were treated with the same welcoming and attentive service. If you haven't already tried Gust, do yourself a favour, and do so sooner than later! You'll be glad you did. And if you have already tried them, get yourself back there and let's support this gem of a restaurant in our community!
