Apline Suite was not clean!

点评：Stayed in the Alpine Suite
To start off with when we walk into the room it was clear that it hardly had been cleaned. The bright green carpets easily showed the mess on them and the stairs going up to the bedrooms were covered in dog hair which is disgusting. There was also food on the plates in the cupboard so clearly no one did the dishes prior to arrival. Also there is a large gap at the bottom of the main door that is big enough to let rodents in. You can't lock the door from your side going into securitys office. Also lots of the lights didn't work or flickered alot, and handles were falling off dressers and the fridge kept leaking water out all over the floor. The beds were also terrible they were so hard that it wasn't even comfortable to sleep on them we ended up getting up super early each morning just to get off the beds and give our back a rest.
They did knock off $50/night for the cleanliness after we complained but still shouldn't have to get them to vacum again while your staying there.
We had stayed here a few years ago and it was dated but clean this trip was definitely not that, would not stay here again. They need to pull it off their page for a while and do some serious renos before I would consider staying there again or recommending a friend there.
