点评:I stayed at JSI Resort Megamendung with my wife and kid on May 11-12, 2025. We booked the Grand Gladiator Container King (with King Bed) via Tiket.com. But when we arrived, the staff said bed types depend on availability, and only Twin Beds were left.
I was pretty upset because I booked the King Bed for a reason. The receptionist kept going back and forth asking their team, and after about 30 minutes, the only solution they offered was to combine the twin beds. Since it was already 6 PM and we were tired, I just agreed — but not happily.
Later, when we got to the room, I tried calling the receptionist to order dinner. I called four times, no answer. On the fifth try, someone finally picked up but told me to order via WhatsApp instead. Honestly, isn’t calling easier and faster?
Finally, we ordered through WhatsApp at 7:04 PM, but... GOT NO REPLY AT ALL. We finally canceled the order at 7:28 PM. Then, guess what? They just replied at 8:50 PM, and didn’t even apologize. Super disappointing service.
It’s really a shame, because the resort itself is actually really nice and clean. Hopefully they work on improving their service.
