点评：Happened upon this newly opened bakery in Canberra. As a visitor, parting was indeed “sweet sorrow”. Coffee was delicious, and made with care. The baked offerings looked stunning - again, delicious and made with care. The presentation of all baked delights reflected the dedication to having every little thing to simply be its very best.
I was fortunate to meet and chat to Bettina, the owner/manager - instantly I was taken by her determination to have everything about Bite&Savor be extraordinary, both in product and personality. Always wonderful to see an energetic young enterprise really rising to its own expectation of top shelf quality.
Congratulations Bettina, and your bubbly and helpful team, you have created a vibrant spark to ignite Canberrans and visitors. I hugely look forward to my next visit.
