点评：Went today for a Sunday Roast. Have been there many times for different meals, breakfasts, lunches or in this case Sunday roast and all meals have been ok. Today I felt let down by the staff when I said about the quality of some of the vegetables ie broccoli. It was green on the end but yellow underneath. When it was placed on the table I said about the colour and she said that it's the way it's been cooked. Another waitress that I mentioned it to said other people had left it but when I heard a third waitress tell a chap who was sitting on the next table, that we cooked it especially for you that way and carried on treating it as a joke. We were leaving at that point so I moved over to where the other chap was sitting and joined in speaking to the waitress. I said about our broccoli being left and again it was just made into a joke by her. She said "you have eaten it so it must have been ok", with that I pointed to our two plates with the broccoli not touched. With that she said there is another place down the road, go there next time. It was her attitude that upset me for having been there so many times before and not taken the complaint seriously. No apology and definitely no offer of a refund.
