Blue Marlin Dive Lombok的点评
点评：I took a refresher dive and follow up dive from the Blue Marlin Dive centre at Senggigi, having not dived in over 10 years.
After an initial mix up over availability to do this, that was resolved, the dive centre was excellent in handling my needs and I set off with their excellent dive master Dave, to undertake my two refresher dives excited but somewhat nervous. The latter feeling was quickly dispelled by the proficiency and professionalism of Dave and the boat crew.
Following a very thorough refresher on setting up my equipment and a clear briefing on what I should need to recall whilst in the water. Followed by an equally thorough briefing on what we would be doing during our dive, we were off into the water. Dave was careful to frequently check that I was ok and his attention and leading enabled me to quickly gain confidence, even if my skills were more than a bit rusty and conditions a little tricky.
The second dive was undertaken in the same professional manner but relaxed atmosphere and thankfully with a couple of tweaks and some technique discussions the second dive was, for me, more comfortable and accomplished than the first.
All I can conclude on is that the Blue Marlin team at Senggigi have played a big part in rekindling my interest and enthusiasm for diving and many thanks to them for that
