点评：I absolutely loved this place. The music created such a lively and upbeat vibe, setting the tone for the evening. The staff and service were outstanding – efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly. The décor is modern and interesting, giving the restaurant a unique Japanese-inspired atmosphere.
For my starter, I had the Maguro Tataki – fresh bluefin tuna with truffle ponzu sauce, daikon, tobiko, and masago arare. It was incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced. I paired it with a refreshing Midori Fizz cocktail (sake, melon liqueur, shiso, cucumber, yuzu, and house soda in a jumbo glass). Exactly what I was craving! I also loved the creative touch of naming the cocktails after airports – fun, original, and different. It was my first time trying a sake-based cocktail, and it was a real success.
For my main dish, I had the Gindara Misozuke – black cod marinated in red miso – and it was simply delicious.
Overall, this izakaya offers a festive atmosphere, creative cocktails, and high-quality Japanese dishes. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!
