KONKAN Delite的点评
点评：We visited Konkan Delite in Mississauga on May 10 around 2:35 PM as part of a family trip from Brantford. After spending time at Square One, we were really looking forward to dining here—especially my 11-year-old, who was hungry and excited to try the food.
We entered the restaurant, and just as we were settling in, we were told we couldn’t be served because there was a party booking at 4:00 PM. This came as a shock, especially since we had plenty of time and were ready to order. No attempt was made to accommodate us, and we were asked to leave.
My son was devastated and even broke down in tears. The staff’s lack of empathy and rigid attitude was truly disappointing. What should have been a happy experience turned into a painful memory.
Sadly, we won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting decent hospitality or understanding service.
