点评：When I look at reviews, I always look to see how many poor reviews a place has and I read a few of those. I take many with a grain of salt. The menu at Fiesta Jalisco had great variety and looked like it could be good. We were not disappointed. We live in Phoenix and eat a good Mexican restaurants all the time. If this place had a location in Phoenix they would do well. Everything we ordered (6 people) was delicious; the ceviche, the chile Colorado, the pork green chili, the relleno, the al pastor tacos... Getting hungry just writing this. The variety was excellent. We didn't get any of the grilled meat selections but they looked good too. We ate here on a Saturday night of a summer weekend. I expected it to be busy, it wasn't. The ambience wasn't anything special but also, not bad. The service was fine. The prices are a little high but the portions are large, the quality good and it is a mountain resort town so the prices were expected. Check it out. I think you might like it too. One more thing, the big margarita's were good too.
