点评：We had chosen La Cuccagna in Crispiano for a great celebration!
Nice restaurant and good food.
The knowledge of wine on the other hand is insufficient.
We were recommended natural wines without being informed.
They have a cellar full of what should be wonderful and glorious wines, but they are destroyed by a "hot" cellar.
We ordered a fantastic sangiovese wine which have great reviews, and a glorious Nebbiolo wine which should be young still, but both wines were far too developed and only a shadow of what they should be now. What a disgrace. We visited their wine cellar which had a temperature of 20 degrees C in early spring, with chilly weather.
The evening was as far from what we had expected as we could imagine.
Please install cooling in your wine cellar, and renew your wine inventory!
