点评：Been a regular for a number of years and have ordered, perhaps very boringly, the same meal every time.
The price has always slightly varied, which has never been a massive issue as the quality was always brilliant.
However, delivery drivers always ask whether there’s a tip for them, despite a delivery fee always being included.
After a recent order, where the driver quite rudely asked if I wanted change, I noticed that items were missing from my order.
After calling the resturant to inform them of this, they called me back and said they weren’t going to come back out and deliver the remainder of my order - despite the fact I’d paid for the food, a delivery fee and tipped the delivery driver.
I was then told that they’d give me a bit extra next time, but that they were unable to send me an email, or give me any confirmation that would be the case. I just needed to mention it when I next rang.
I asked to be refunded for the items I didn’t receive and was greeted with “for god sake”
I won’t be ordering from them again as a result.
