点评：We originally heard about Javanese Vacations from a coworker and looked them up on TripAdvisor. Based on the positive reviews, we decided to book with them and we're so glad we did! Our guide, Rio, was so knowledgeable about the area and we really enjoyed hearing about the local history and culture from him. Having someone who knows the area well to shuttle you between destinations was indispensable, that Rio was so helpful and enjoyable to be around was a bonus! So many of the attractions were things that we had never heard of or came across on Google while planning our trip, and would have missed out on completely had we not hired a guide. The area we visited, Yogyakarta, would have been difficult to navigate without someone who speaks and understands Indonesian. Rio went out of his way to help us visit local furniture shops so we could find points of contact for future furniture purchases. Rio's organization and time management also allowed us to fit in many different attractions and experiences in the mere 5 days we spent in Java. We really enjoy trying new foods and Rio had great recommendations for restaurants, we loved every meal we had during our trip!
