点评:I rate this experience 1 out of 5. The food was fine and the customer service from the waitress was good. However, when it came time to pay the bill, we were informed that they won’t split the bill amongst my party who was paying with debit/credit cards. I asked to speak to the manager and when speaking to the person in charge, Ms. Sue Chan, I asked if we can split the bill and pay by card because we didn’t have cash. In a very rude tone, she told me that we should transfer money amongst ourselves, and shoo’ed me away and told me to take up my grievances with Customer Affairs. Suffice to say, the rudeness and lack of customer service from the person in charge when it was time to pay the bill was distasteful. Will not be returning, and I will not be recommending to anyone else. Go to Town or Jenny’s, which are restaurants with a similar menu, cheaper prices and better customer service.
