点评：I booked a reservation for 6 for September 14th for my father’s 70th birthday and my daughters 17th birthday. We booked a lobster feast a few weeks ahead because I knew it would be a busy location. We had travelled from Northern BC and specifically chose this restaurant for its incredible reviews. I spoke with a wonderful lady, Lyndsey, over the phone and received an email confirmation for our reservation, with a special note regarding candles for the dessert. Unfortunately, when we showed up 30 minutes prior, the hostess informed me that I was wrong, that there were no reservations made for us for the feast, they did not have any lobsters, however, they had a table ready for us inside. When I showed her the email she dismissed it as my mistake. I took a minute to talk to my family, as we had our hearts set on lobster for supper, and came back to ask that we could still be seated on the beach and order from the menu. She responded by telling me she had no server to tend us down there and liquor licensing did not allow them to serve us there. She then suggested and proceeded to phone another restaurant and make us reservations without my consent, and informed my father that they stopped serving lobster September 1st. I asked that we still take our reservation for the table inside and she then responded by telling us they didn’t actually have a table available for us and our reservation was missed. I was extremely disappointed as we were far from home, 5:30 on a Saturday night, and I hadn’t made other arrangements for birthday celebrations. I was hesitant to write this review, however, the failure to accommodate, the demeanour of the hostess, (who seemed to be under the influence of sedatives), and the absence of a response unfortunately makes me feel very disappointed, so many days later. SHOUTOUT to the Shore Club who welcomed our group with no notice, took amazing care of us and gave us an incredible lobster feast. They even brought my daughter back to see and handle the live lobsters!! We even got a candle for my fathers dessert!
