点评:This groomer used to be great but has really gone downhill.
Have to say sadly I agree with the other reviews - really awful, angry, sullen staff.
You don’t hand over £54 many places and get a really horrible experience in return.
I had an appointment at 1045 and as I pulled up at 1040 they rang to say I was late - apparently, I was booked in for 1030. And there was no longer time left to do the appointment.
Now even though I thought this highly unlikely as I have a child to pick up at 1030, I apologized and as I was out the front anyway went in to see what could be done.
Initially, I was told they couldn’t do it - I have a very small dog and they usually allow 1.5 hours so asked what could be done - in the end they reluctantly agreed to a wash and cut.
The whole thing could have been managed so much more positively.
I suggested perhaps next time they could ring customers earlier so the appointment could be salvaged to which I was met with disdain, then indifference.
Usually, the cut is good and I have a note in the system to use no perfume due to child allergies. This time while the staff member confirmed this, we still ended up with perfume.
Then, when I collected they were honestly so rude I was gobsmacked.
I was going to leave and just not come back but when I got a smirky ‘goodbye’. Sullen, angry girls. Snipy and huffy.
I suggested they could be more positive, and perhaps help make customers day by being positive and that each one of us have a chance to help make others happy. Well I shouldn’t have bothered.
I wouldn’t want to leave my dog there again.
Whoever owns the shop needs to be aware. I certainly won’t be going back and from the sounds of things, many others won’t be either.
