Went to the swan for drinks with family and friends, ordered at the bar and all found a table sat down and general chat taking place, a woman approach us and very abruptly said can you all budge up so that I can take this chair no please or Thankyou, we did to accommodate, some 20 minutes later a young lady came and asked us if we would like more drinks to which we replied yes she took our order and off she went low and behold this woman who we know no to be the landlady very rudely told us we do not do table service if you want drinks you need to go to the bar like everyone else. I am disgusted we went to the bar and drinks had not been dispensed so we decided to leave obviously our custom not wanted. l/we would never return there.
