We visited this restaurant as a group of friends. We all have different dietary requirements and they catered for everyone perfectly. The food is absolutely outstanding and the service friendly and helpful. I had the fried plantain starter and tuna ceviche main, both were incredible. My partner had scorpion fish caught that morning. Everything was delicious. They even surprised our friend with a birthday dessert. Can’t recommend enough, you must eat here if visiting Puerto Ayora, one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

This restaurant serves great food. I had scorpion fish croquettes which were delicious. All of the dishes were very artfully served and the service was excellent. We were a group of 15 so we had the restaurant all to ourselves. It is small but intimate. I would highly recommend it.

Wow wow wow!!! Mouthwatering experience! We loved every dish we tried and the staff/chef were so sweet. Definitely come here for the vibes and perfectly finished dishes of food. P.S. don't forget to order a dessert!! ¡Guau, guau, guau! ¡Una experiencia deliciosa! Nos encantó cada plato que probamos y el personal y el chef fueron muy amables. Definitivamente, ven aquí por el ambiente y los platos perfectamente terminados. P.D.: ¡¡No olvides pedir un postre!!

I found this restaurant through TripAdvisor and the raving reviews were spot on. Off the beaten path of endless souvenir shops and crowded restaurants, Agave was a delight. The food was outstanding, combining local ingredients with unique spices. The service was friendly and the young owner was delightfully enthusiastic about the food. The bar menu was extensive and we each enjoyed a cocktail and a glass of wine. I highly recommend Agave Studio for fresh, delicious, and unique local food (with great vegan options as well) served in a cozy, quiet setting.

11/10 incredible meal. Star worthy hole in the wall elevated dining experience. We enjoyed the tuna ceviché, grilled scorpion fish, fish tacos, and passion fruit mousse along with two cocktails. Everything was amazing. Presentation was beautiful, flavors were excellent across the board and service was perfect. Can't wait to go back. Don't miss this restaurant while on Santa Cruz.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable meal at Agave. I had the coconut chicken which was really excellent and she had spaghetti carbonara which she also enjoyed. The location down a side street is away from the noise of the town so is quiet and calm. The serving staff were very friendly and efficient. We would thoroughly recommend.
