我们参加了 13:40 的参观，这是我们在澳大利亚和新西兰一个多月来遇到的最糟糕的女导游！我们在南太平洋地区长途旅行，参观了许多景点和地方，当地人都是善良和礼貌的。但你在洞穴公园的女导游不包括在这个类别中。当我们在洞穴里乘船时，座位上有很多水，更糟糕的是水从我头上掉下来。我告诉她这种情况，她并没有解决它，只是用不好的态度强迫我解决。经过讨价还价，她给了我一条湿毛巾，它不能解决任何问题。为了继续旅行，我勉强坐在座位上，即使后来我妻子用我们自己的餐巾纸把座位擦干。当我们到达码头时，我礼貌地对导游说：“女士，你应该解决这个问题，而不是我”，并告诉她具体情况，最后这位女士没有表示任何歉意和关心，只是耸耸肩说：“水在哪里？”带着一种傲慢的语气。 “我把它们都晒干了！”我回答道。 我不明白为什么她对人的态度和举止与在这个国家遇到的绅士和淑女如此不同和糟糕，她真可耻！ we attend the 13:40 visit ,the female guide is the worst one we met in the Australia and new Zealand for more than one month ! we take a long journey in the South Pacific area ,visit many sites and places,the local people all are kind and polite.But the female in your cave park didn't include in the category.when we take the boat in the cave ,there much water on seats,even worse the water drop off heavily above my head.I told her the bad situation ,she don't fixed it ，just want fixed me forcely with a bad attitude.after a bargain,she give me wet towel,it can't solve any problem.in order to continue the trip,I barely squatte in the seat ,even if later my wife dried the seat with our own napkin .when we arrived the quay,I said to the guide in politely manner:"Madam,you should fix the problem ,not me"and tell her the concrete situations,finally the lady expressed no any apologize and care,just shrug off her shoulder and said:"where is the water?" with a arrogant tone. "I dried it all!" I replied . I don't understand why her attitude and manner towards people is so different and bad from the gentlemen and ladies met in this country,shame on her!

一次很棒的摄影之旅。这是我们第一次参观萤火虫洞。我们都很兴奋能看到这个所谓的“世界第七大奇迹”。导游凯尔在拍摄萤火虫方面非常有经验，在相机设置、构图和补光方面给了我很大的帮助。水中的蓝色倒影和石灰岩一起非常美丽。天黑时，洞穴入口的壮丽景色令人叹为观止。
