Kan niet anders zeggen dan waardeloos. Verouderde kamers en onze douche pfff wit plastiek gescheurd douche bakje met een vaste douchekop in de muur gemaakt voor kabouters. Gemeld, volgende dag opgelost door een lange darm met losse kop eraan te hangen. Het eten mogen we niet over klagen want dat was lekker, het waren enkel de gasten zelf die voor de vuiligheid zorgden en liepen om eten alsof hun leven er van af hing. Drinken, tjah enkel locale dranken en die zijn echt niet lekker! Enkel de gin tonic en Cuba Libre waren te doen en bier ( uit een glas) want alles wat buiten te doen is word geserveerd in plastieken fluitjes bekers. Zwembaden niet verwarmd dus erg koud. En ik vraag me af of het te maken heeft met de ramadan maar lieve God wat zijn die mensen hier onvriendelijk! Als je iets vraagt is het te veel hoor, durf ook niet voor 10 uur in de ochtend een water of Fanta of iets anders te vragen want je krijgt het gewoon weg niet. Als je een late vlucht hebt kun je vragen om een kamer voor te douchen. Lieve hemel, ik heb niet gedoucht. Schimmel douche en stinken, Vuile toilet en geen handdoeken ter beschikking. Never again of ter wel nooit meer Sindbad

We have been staying for two weeks in Sindbad aqua hotel The hotel is very nice and service is good , the pools are nice and the beach is very clean , Staff are very helpful and friendly people , we definitely recommend it to everyone

First time in Egypt and will definitely be back! Hotel team have been amazing and could not do enough for us. Super clean, super friendly a few spa treatments and great food what more could you ask for! Thank you to all your hardworking team who have made this holiday such a memorable experience and longing to return 🥰

Het was mijn eerste keer in Egypte en het was mijn eerste keer in Hurghada in dit echt prachtige hotel. Ik heb er erg van genoten. Het voelde als thuis, alles was perfect en iedereen die daar werkt is echt geweldige! Ze doen altijd hun best om je gelukkig te maken. ook waren er veel sportactiviteiten. ik hoop snel weer terug te komen naar deze plek

Heerlijk zwembad. Heel erg leuk personeel en goede service. Elke dag is er iets van animatie of activiteiten te doen! Meerdere glijbanen die ook leuk zijn. Animatie team is ook leuk en betrekt je graag! We hebben heerlijk genoten hier!! Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!!! ☺️

We are an active family and we chose this hotel as we always like to be busy and we thought with the aqua park we would be busy always and we thought right we was always busy. The aqua park is so good and there is always something to do. All the staff are very helpful, the bar staff work very hard and always make sure you always have a drink and will bring them to your sunbeds, very friendly people. The life guard team work hard in making sure people are safe, making sure the aqua park is clean and making sure you have a sunbed in the area that you want. The children enjoyed the kids club with the animator Barbara who always made the kids days enjoyable. The animation programme is really good and there is a wide range of activities such as, boccia, aqua gym, volleyball, darts, yoga, dance lesson archery, target shooting with gun, Zumba there is more activities a lot to choose from. Being from England we made good friends with Daniel and Kayleigh of the animation team both from England. It was a very nice surprise to meet English animators they were both very entertaining. If you are looking for a good aqua park with good atmosphere I highly recommend this hotel it is amazing. Thank you sindbad

I visited with my family at the end of November into December and we simply had the BEST time ever. I can’t wait to book again next year. The animation were absolutely amazing, very friendly, and really helpful. My daughter got really attached to a lovely young lady called Kayleigh, so much so that we will be booking again in the new year. The food was really tasty and there was a great variety to choose from too. The hotel was incredible and very clean and the water park was outstanding. It really was a 5 star holiday.

What a wonderful aqua park, the hotel is located in perfect place with lots of bars and cafes around the outside of the hotel. The equal park was the highlight of the holiday and children loved it. The life guards were cleaning the aqua park always and would always help you with getting or moving sunbeds. The slides at the aqua park are a lot of fun and family friendly, and the wave pool is a great touch also making you feel like you are at the beach. The animation at the wave pool provide a good activity programme and they are all enthusiastic at their job and getting people involved. Thank you to Daniel and Kayleigh for all their help and information and for getting the family involved in their activities and thank you to Karim for always making the children laugh. This was an amazing holiday and we will reccomend to anyone

This is our first visit to sindbad, we chose this hotel because we wanted an aqua park within the hotel. We are very happy that we chose this hotel the aqua park was brilliant, the wave pool was clean and tidy the life guards were very helpful and always willing to help you with sunbeds. The bar staff were very helpful always made sure you had a drink with you. The slides at the aqua park were very good and enjoyable my favourite was the yellow boomerang slide. In the aqua park you will also find the animation team where a delight. They was very friendly and very enthusiastic with there activities. We joined in with most activities and we had a very enjoyable time. There was 2 English animators in the team with was lovely as you don’t really see many English animators and they was both so so nice, Daniel and Kayleigh gave us a lot of information about the animation programme and they both even showed us how to find the aqua park when we arrived in the being they walked us to the aqua park so we knew where to go in the morning so I would like to thank them both for this. All in all the hotel is fantastic for adults and families I really would recommend this place.

A great week at Sindbad club. I travelled with my friend for our first trip to Egypt and am glad we picked Sindbad club. Our trip was made special from the amazing animation team of ATEF max and Karim. These guys made our trip so special and were amazing. They made our days fun with Afro zumba foam parties and generally being great. They were fantastic in the evening entertainment and we loved their dancing. Thank you to Atef Max and Karim for making this a holiday to remember. We will be back to see them :)
