We have visited Tridici for years. Never again after today. We understand the need to get customers in & out for a profit. Hence no poached eggs. But why should the staff be so rude about "only fried or scrambled"? Or a request for a tiny bit of jam (instead of a mound of lettuce & cucumber) to go with the second bit of toast....to be told by the manager "no....". For the price of a spoon of jam and a little courtesy, they have lost us as customers for ever. Lots of other options to stop for breakfast. With better service. And coffee just as good.
Food was not good, bacon & banana toasted sandwich, banana cut to thick just ordinary toast ,& tasteless. Presentation not bad they should do a better job
Lovely building and setup, although the service and food was terrible. The breakfast consisted of oily bread and rubbery eggs. No butter or salt and pepper were supplied. Cold coffee.
Left disappointed, the meal was super expensive.
Enjoy the view, but find another place for breakfast.
we stopped for a coffee on our trip from Stellenbosch to Mossel Bay. We decided to have a slice of cake each as well. The slices are massive and the coffee lovely.
Tredici was recommended by my sister a while back.
We went in for a lunch/ brunch and enjoyed it tremendously.
The vibe, the food the whole set up is awesome.
Will definitely be back!
Ordered the beef and ale pot pie still trying to find the beef shocking. My partner ordered the mushroom and chorizo risotto pieces of chorizo were big lumps and not sliced it looked appalling. What's gone wrong with this place overpriced and poor food.
