Our ski holiday to Arlberg (March 1-8) started perfectly thanks to Arlberg Express shuttle service from Zurich Airport to Klösterle. Though our scheduled shuttle was at 1 pm, we arrived early at 8:40 am and approached the bus stop. The staff was incredibly accommodating, rebooking us on the 10 am shuttle without any hassle. The service went above and beyond when the driver dropped us directly at our accommodation in Klösterle. We accidentally left gloves and a smartphone in the bus, but after one quick call to their headquarters, the driver located our items and personally returned them to our accommodation (Alpine Lodge Klösterle am Arlberg) that same evening! For our return journey, the bus arrived promptly and again picked us up directly from our accommodation. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly throughout our experience. The journey takes about 2:30-2:45 hours each way, and at €110 per person for a return ticket, it represents excellent value and convenience for reaching the Arlberg ski resort. Highly recommend this service to anyone planning a ski trip to the area!

Arlberg Express from Zurich airport was one of the best transfers I’ve ever used in the Alps. Went from Aiport to St Anton. So simple, well run, organised, great vehicles and low stress! Really recommended and will use again

We travelled from Zurich to StAnton in March. Very easy to find the bus stand in Zurich Airport and we were dropped off and picked up right at our hotel door (Sport Hotel). Coaches were clean,modern, and very comfortable. Drivers were friendly and I felt they drove very professionally. Great service.

No car was ready at time booked. Had to call them to see why there is no car here. The driver was not ready he made 2 stops . 1 to get gas then another one to go to the bathroom. Then he misses the airport exit , he said there were too many cars , he was not paying attention and prepared for the exit. Unprofessional company , if you are going straight to airport dont use them.

Inexpensive and easy transport from Zurich to St. Anton, you can schedule your trip ahead of time and get picked up at the bus terminal at the Zurich airport. Note you'll need to pay attention to your e-mails as the bus area is pretty self-service but once you locate it (it's in the same building as the shopping/train station on the top floor), the bus area isn't that large and the busses are clearly marked. They'll also be there well before departure time so you shouldn't feel too rushed or stressed. Worst case if your flight is delayed or you miss your original bus, they'll quickly reschedule you for the next departure (note this may be a few hours later). The trip itself takes a few hours (equivalent to the train) and depending on the situation you may have to change to a different bus. My recent trip up was straight to St. Anton but returning to the airport I had to change. Overall this is a very easy way to get to the resorts and I regularly use it on my trips. The busses themselves have restrooms if you need them and the seats are comfortable. Some of the bus configurations have tables for groups in the back. You can see a lot great scenery from the windows or just get some rest on the drive.
